Leinster and Munster advance to Qtr finals

Leinster and Munster have decisive wins to move on in the European Champions Cup.

Munster booked a 12th semi-final appearance after initially being pushed hard for a 41-16 victory over Toulouse at a nervy Thomond Park. Report Here.

European Champions Cup, Round 1

Saturday see’s Leinster and Connacht with impressive wins.

Saracens and Connacht have set the Champions Cup on fire with two amazing wins against French opposition. Saracens, the English and European champions, became the first team to ever beat Toulon Mayol in the tournament and have also ended an 18 game  home win streak by the French powerhouse.

Connacht, the PRO12 champions, produced one of the biggest upsets in the history of the Heineken Cup as they rounded off a perfect weekend in Europe for the Irish provinces with a 16-14 win in Toulouse.
